I collect only what I need to respond to you and do good work:

• Information you give me. When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, company name, website and social links (if you share them), the services you're interested in, and the message you write. If you email or call me, I also receive the details you share.
• Project materials. Once we work together, you may send me logos, photos, copy, login details, and other business information so I can complete your project.
• Technical information. Like most websites, this site may automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit.

3. Contact form submissions and LeadScout

Inquiries you send through the contact form on this website are processed by LeadScout (getleadscout.io), a lead-management service I use to receive and organize inquiries. When you submit the form, the information you enter (your name, email address, company name, website, social or other links, the services you select, and your message) is sent from this website to LeadScout.

LeadScout acts as a data processor on my behalf. That means it processes your information to provide its service to me and under my instructions, rather than for its own purposes. I remain the business responsible for deciding why and how your information is used. LeadScout has its own privacy practices, which you can read about at getleadscout.io.

4. How I use your information

• To reply to your inquiries and prepare estimates.
• To design, build, host, and support your project.
• To send project updates and invoices.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

5. How I share information

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with trusted service providers who help me run my business, such as LeadScout (for contact form inquiries), website hosting, email, scheduling, payment, and analytics tools, and only as needed for them to do their job. I may also disclose information if required by law or to protect my rights.

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can disable them, though parts of the site may not work as expected.

7. Client websites and their visitors

When I build, host, or manage a website or social media presence for a client, that client is responsible for the information collected from their own visitors and customers. I handle that information only on the client's behalf and to provide the services requested.

This site links to other websites, including client projects, social media platforms, and Google services. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and I'm not responsible for them.

I keep inquiry and project information only as long as needed to provide my services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. Contact form inquiries are stored in LeadScout until I delete them. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, including from LeadScout, subject to those requirements.

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@jessicatorresweb.com.

12. Children's privacy

My services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
